I fly small, medium and moderately large RC helicopters, 250-700 scale. They are not FPV helicopters but in fact 3d sport helis that are 100% manual flight control line of site. I still don’t understand why helicopters and fixed wing planes are thrown into a “drone” multi rotor category. Space and weight is a HUGE

I fly FPV multirotors, primarily at my own (small residential) property, and occasionally at a large sports field complex where RC aircraft are explicitly allowed (no CBO manages it though). Flying matters to me because it allows me to safely enjoy an experience similar to that of playing a game. It is simply fun and cannot be described. It allows me to do something other than school that I find interesting. Most importantly, flying is an outlet for me to combine many of my interests
