Flying allows me to de stress and have fun with something that I love.
Flying combines all of my interests. Creativity, building, programming, filming, editing, and the rush of flying! I have 3 young kids who love to watch (too young to fly). I also am able to start making some decent money from the hobby (have my part 107) and hope to do it more in the future!
I’m a stay at home dad of two special needs kids. This is how I escape. I fly with common sense. I stay away from people, property, and never go more than 25 feet above the tree tops.
Everyone needs a hobby and building and flying model aircraft is one of the safest and most rewarding activities I can find. Its great for any age and teaches many skills.

I live in California and fly almost every weekend. I don’t want to se my hobby destroyed which I think this proposal will do. I believe commercial interests are behind the proposal and it sickens me to once again see big money get their way. It seems to me I hear less and les drone
