Have been flying since 1988. It’s a key hobby in my retirement. I fly line-of-sight only and believe the safety issues are primarily with drone-copters using FPV. They should address that limited aspect of the hobby.

I was introduced to flying last year. I had had a heart attack and went into depression. It was really not a good place in my life. I by chance discovered FPV and drones. I spent my recovery learning to fly. I live in a very remote location so I learned to build and fly

It teaches about advanced physics trying to understand what a plane/multirotor does in the air. It´s great fun and

after 45 years of flying rc models with no problems i feel we all know the politics of the 400ft airspace and will not register any of my flying craft we need the small light aircraft to broadcast there position to us would be a more logical and safer way of controlling the airspace a

I don’t feel this is good for the recreational flyer. 99% of all pilots already follow the regulations in place. From what I’ve seen, it’s the guys with the DJI style drones that cause most of the issues. They have the ability to fly with no skill. The software and hardware control it and they

I suffer mostly from attention issues, high anxiety and depression, FPV Freestyle flying has been one of the few outlets I have to be able get relief from this. I have made great friends, and look forward to doing this for a long time to come. The proposed regulations will simply take all of this
