Flying models is my favorite hobby. Been flying since ’09. I fly electric jets, warbirds, propeller, and quads. I also fly FPV fixed wing not just quads. One of my main concerns is that it’s already hard to find and/or keep the air fields we have. This is only going to make it harder.

I like to experiment, and come up with new designs. And new building materials. I fly out and away from populated areas, these new rules would shut me down completely. As a whole it would shut down all advancement in the hobby.
I have been looking into AMA fields to fly and I’m finding out not all AMA fields will allow drones to fly. This proposal will in my mind kill the up and coming hobbyist. I am currently teaching my grandkids the fly so I’m looking out for there interests as well.
