“I have been flying multirotor and fixed wings for years now with no problems to people or property and have enjoyed every flight also with been a responsible adult the environment means so much to me but these rules would render my hobby over as I know it. Fully autonomous craft might cause problems if they loose signal but the Quadcopters I build just have a switch to disable it instantaneously so no problem for me and there never has been.”
