“I started flying FPV on my own at home learning from youtube videos and google. College was when flying changed my life. Since I started flying, I have met many amazing friends and even became the president of a club. This club has allowed me to relieve stress after a day of classes and work. It has improved my social life tremendously. I have been able to practice my skills with soldering and technological repairs. I have spent a lot of time on this hobby doing something that I really enjoy. I feel as though this remote identification would limit my hobby unreasonably. I feel as though large commercial companies should have to comply. In cases like Amazon and other shipping companies I think it would be important to make them follow this regulation as they would be able to afford this and would be the only ones effecting commercial flight. For a hobbiest that flies only on private property and on campus with permission, this regulation would completely ruin my hobby for no reason. It will not help solve any problem with the criminal activity it is just limiting the law abiding citizens that already follow rules.”
