The opportunities that have been given to all of us to share our love of aviation are countless. Most full-scale pilots will tell you, they gained their interest in aviation from flying model aircraft. Take the time to learn what it is we do and you will see that we are no threat at all to anyone’s safety, and if left to manage ourselves, will continue to operate as we have for many years. This amazing hobby has been surviving for decades under the guidance of the AMA. We have operated safely since 1936 with no additional restrictions. Why now would we try to go in and regulate something that regulates itself?”
