“Flying, repairing and configuring FPV quadcopters is a productive form of recreation and entertainment for me. It is also a way that I foster my own creativity that I use in my profession. This is a challenging and rewarding hobby because it involves so many STEM disciplines. There’s a lot to learn and master. But, it is all worth it when you are under the goggles and have the feeling you are flying through the air. I have invested literally thousands of dollars in this hobby and it would be devastating if the FAA enacts regulations that effectively take away my freedom to pursue this recreational outlet.”
