“All my quads are scratch built. This will end the hobby and my part 107 work. I follow all regulations, but there will be no way to fly my “amateur built” drones, because there is no option to bolt on RemoteID or just use a connected cell phone. I never fly AMA fields, over an hour away, and nothing interesting to fly around. I fly random locations daily, i use Airmap to checkin with ATC. I’m willing to do anything to be compliant, but the FAA isnt leaving any option for me.”
