FAA will be setting a standard other countries will copy, I cannot test fly any gear that is over 250g, and making any quad under that weight limit triples the price of an already expensive hobby. If you are not doing long range (instead fpv) then you should be allowed to fly anywhere you can hit a baseball or kick a football cause that’s how much damage most of my equipment will do”
