“I think it is very unfair that pilots of full-size aircaft are given access to 100% of the airpsace, while the rest of the general public is given access to zero percent of the airspace. I think.it would be much more fair if full-size aircraft were banned from all the airspace below 401 feet agl, except when on final approach for landing or when on initial departure while on runway heading. The airspace below 401 feet agl should belong to the general population for their recreational, educational and sporting use.”
