“I am 72 years old. Started flying control line and free flight when I was 10. Flew my first RC plane in 1967. My interest in aviation helped me to serve in US Navy Aviation for 4 years. I design and build most of my aircraft. Also still build a few kits. My hobby (model aviation) is my main recreational emphasis. I don’t have many more years, at my age, to enjoy my hobby. I have never, in over 50 years of RC flying injured anyone or damaged anyone’s property (other than my own planes). I am a member of my local AMA chartered club and a long term member of the AMA.”
