my story, i fly RC planes for about 10 years, i fly at 2 RC plane clubs, my slow planes at the park and my toothpick racing drones at the playground if nobody is around concerns, – remote ID would be too heavy for ultra micros and DLG gliders,(and a performance decrease on other models)

My hobby shop that employees 20 families will go out of business. I am also a private pilot for 45 years and if RID is implemented my aircraft have less regulations than a 1 pound foam aircraft.

I enjoy aviation in general. Flying model fixed wing aircraft is my way of intimately involving myself in the discipline. I’m intrigued by the physics behind flight. In my case, I became an engineer first and was able to “see” the lessons I had learned through model aviation.
