“This is a lifetime activity for me that has been safe, educational, and a social dorway to mee many interesting folks. I was recently asked to be a technical advisor for two separate CAP (Civil Air Patrol) squadrons to teach building and flying of small model RC aircraft. If passed as written the current text of the NPRN would make these youth’s avation education through this pathway (model aviation) impossible from a financial and practical standpoint.”
