“I scratch build, or buy unflyable planes and resurrect them. I build light-weight, very light wing-loading fixed wing planes. I do not want to add weight, or compromise flight time for additional electronics. This is fun and enjoyable while being very low cost. Half my planes are Flite Test. Almost all of my flying time is Flite test. I got my son into flying, and away from his computer games. He flies my planes occasionally, and I am always his spotter when he flies his race quads. We work together, teaching him electronics, soldering, and trouble-shooting. I fly safely. I am Canadian licensed. I pay MAAC. I do not currently pay the extra $100+ for a club membership, but will do such as soon as I get any plane over 2 pounds ready to fly.”
