“I’ve been flying rc for approximately 30 years on and off . In the last 5 to 10 years, technology (motors, batteries and other electronics) have improved enough to make it simple and affordable enough for me to build, fly, and really enjoy it with the time I have available. I’m a little confused as to what the proposed rules are supposed to fix, but I’m a firm believer in the thought that you can not legislate morality. The proposals will make many good people lawbreakers, many more spend much more of their hard earned money unnecessarily, and a few idiot’s will still do exactly the same foolish, dangerous things they would do anyway.”
