“From what I see in the proposals, the issues come from uneducated and untrained drone pilots, mostly multi-rotor. While something needs to be done, it should not pertain to pilots who fly within the current guidelines and policies for sport, non-commercial use. The license pilot program is nothing but a revenue source for the commercial outfit that has been licensed.”
