“Flying is my stress relief. Currently, I can go to the park whenever I want (weather permitting). I build cheap planes. Requiring me to buy an ID transmitter and/or join a club would force me to find a new hobby. The government shouldn’t tax everydamnthing citizens enjoy doing.”
