“Flying model aircrafts is one of the most amazing experiences young people can have. I love building planes, and seeing my hard work pay off when it (sometimes) flies is a feeling like no other. My dad sometimes comes to watch me fly, or helps me build, and I think too much regulation will ruin the chance for future kids, teens, and adults alike to bond with their friends and family over a great hobby like aviation. A simple online course, or a couple loose regulations would be enough for safety, a lot of amateur people aren’t doing complex stunts, or other potentially dangerous things with their aircrafts, so more regulations would just limit these people and the things they can do.
