“I would like to get in the hobby more seriously and Intend on learning how to fly FPV as I have had spinal issues so riding roller-coasters is a fear, but flying FPV to get the front row seat view as if in a roller coaster doing the twists, turns and barrel rolls. This is my goal to have the experiences without the risk to my spine. I intend on flying on private property where I have permission from the owner or are the owner. From what it sounds like this legislation will prevent me from event learning due adding a lot of extra cost, complexity, and controversy which would prevent me the freedom to explore a new hobby.”
