“One public park I go down to is where the all the retires meetup every morning to fly. It’s fun to listen to their story’s. The cost of transponders and cellular data would be a big financial impact on them. The other park I go to rarely has any one flying. There I am able to fly quietly with just my thoughts. Both of these parks are within KDVT air space. I always file a flight plan and stick to it. The question referring to possible free ID equipment and or free data plans.
