While regulation is necessary given the new drone environment and issues it’s causing I feel those who limit flying to line of sight at already sanctioned ama club fields should be exempt. This legislation as written will literally render the several thousand dollars I have invested obsolete in a matter of a few years and loss of our field, stifle young people’s entry into engineering and curtail many stem programs. .
