“I use flying as a way to unwind and recover from the harsh realities of life. I fly primarily in rural areas as i live on a farm. I’ve never had any issues and follow all pertinent safety rules along with just plain common sense. Also, while we are required (rightly so) to stay away from people and traffic, the faa seems to be all too happy to give large corporations free reign to fly drones over HIGHLY populated areas in an effort to make delivery more convenient for amazon and other online retailers. I feel like large corporations are paying to kill my hobby, and members of the faa are all too happy to kill our hobby all while filling their pockets.”
