“I run ReduxAir.com, an fpv racing drone manufacturer in Ohio. We have no way of knowing how to become an FAA-certified manufacturer. Such a regulation would stifle our competitive advantage with Chinese and European manufacturers because it would prevent us from getting hot products to market. Competition with top FPV pilots, companies, teams in and outside of the US is enough. For us to have restrictions placed on us by our own government would cripple our business as a whole”
