“I have used flying RC planes since I was a child. It is cheap to buy a set of electronics and build/fly/crash your way into the hobby for cheap with dollar store foam board. I have been flying FPV planes for 15 years and FPV drones for about 4 years now. My son is hooked and even my girlfriend. Watching my 12 year olds eyes when he builds a great flying plane is priceless. Him seeing how all his planning and hard work pays off is great for his self esteem. He has even started soldering with me when I wire up a new drone or repair/upgrade and FPV plane. I would hate for him not to be able to continue enjoying these amazingly safe and potentially career building experiences.”
