“Flying matters because I’ve been doing this my whole life, it’s an activity I do with my family family across four generations. The potential regulations will have worldwide implications and will impact business economy, and hurt the hobby and sport of model aviation. The actions are not in alignment with all other users of the airspace and we fell this is an infringement on constituonal rights to life liberty and pursuit of happiness.
