“I have enjoyed learning about electronics, software development, and flight capabilities from this hobby. It is a joy to fly around my property and in community common grounds and view the scenery from above. Learning to control the aircraft in tight proximity is also a great learning experience. Running blackbox on the the craft and tuning the PID control parameters for improved performance has also improved my understanding of control systems. I have invested a lot of time in this hobby and it would be extremely disappointing to see the FAA implement overly restrictive regulations which unnecessarily limit the freedoms of the citizenry.”
