“I am a private pilot and fly my own built 5″ and 3″ quads to fly FPV at the local park and in my house only. I agree all flights should be below 400′. All larger drones flying above 400 should absolutely be regulated, no night time, no flying within 5 miles of an airport, etc etc. Such a danger to Helios and Planes. But please don’t regulate small RC planes and drones for recreation. Set the weight, set the ceiling and notify the public, spend this money on safety advertisements on TV. Prosecute harshly if airspace is broken.”
