“I have been interested in model airplanes since I was a small child in the early sixties. I didn’t have much money but always dreamed of flying RC but could only afford line control and free flight glider. I have been into RC now for the last decade or so . Now that I’m retired it is still cost sensitive on a fixed income budget. I believe the safety dangers are trumped up. Show me the required SAFETY ANALYSIS documents. There have been zero deaths attributed to this great hobby and negligible property damage. Bring back the hobby exemption . These proposed rules could end this great hobby !”
