“I am a retired HVAC specialist living in a very remote location. Local flying is limited to a local hay field with all the restrictions that places on a pilot. The closest small club is 50 miles away and the closest large club is 100 miles away. Neither of these are locations are even remotely able to comply with said restictions. My flying is strictly recreational and this is my primary hobby in retirement.”
