“i live out in the country big fields backed by a farm i have large area where no people are concentrated. I am recently disabled from nerve damage enjoy building models and enjoy all form of rc flight, both drones and airplanes. i would servery be impacted by this regulation in terms with cost being on a fixed income. all of my flying is done top of tree level or below 400 feet, if there is a airplane in that airspace without any sound, we have more that a registration problem!”
