“Flying model planes that I have tuned or built around a flying field is therapeutic. It causes joy and stimulates growth. Even the cattle in the feed lot next to the field are impressed by the noisy droning birds that fly in circles and do acrobatics. I’ve gone to other flying fields that have great community support and for people that see RC flying at a CBO field the urge to ‘get in on the action’ usually takes hold.”
