“I build for my personnel enjoyment and challenge myself with more complex aircraft. These regulations would put a damper on my ability to expand my knowledge base. I understand the concerns, I will away have an issue with those in our hobby that jeopardize lives and property thinking they can do what ever they want and just don’t care. It should be those people that our recognized as violators that should be punished for there actions and not the community at large.”
