“A cost analysis could explain how regulation will affect any specific industry. There are probably many available already. As someone recently able to explore this hobby I notice that there is already a confusing evolution of nomenclature and categorization. Further regulation will stymie investment in the hobby side of this interest. It may be up to clubs and organizations to promote their interest.”
