“As an ex high-school athlete turned dad eventually the food and lazy days caught up to my waistline. Model aviation saved my life, getting me motivated to go out with my kids and explore new places to fly and have fun. That passion would be destroyed with the new FAA proposal for Remote ID systems. Not to mention all of our local places to fly definitely will not become approved flying fields as I’m sure most of the local farmers who let us fly their pastures and woods are going to apply for these things. Please think about the recreational side of this hobby representatives of the FAA, this means a lot to many many people and could ruin people’s lives, literally!”
