“This is a fun, safe hobby that has existed for decades. I’ve been flying for over 10 years, self taught, mostly with planes I’ve created myself. I’ve never had an incident that involved anyone’s safety, or property. The only loss I’ve had was either a plane that didn’t fly well and the time to redesign and rebuild. Flying RC aircraft has been nothing but good for me. It’s a way to be creative, learn, think of new ideas and enjoy the satisfaction of being able to see that work fly. The proposed regulations could put an end to all that.”
