“I have been flying control line or RC for over 50 years. I’m going to be retiring soon and will be on a fixed income at which point I will simply not be able to afford the equipment and data services that would be required to comply with the proposed rules. This would rob me of a hobby I have enjoyed for most of my life and a hobby that gets me outside and active.”
