“This hobby is my creative outlet on a fixed income. The proposed regulations would severly limit both my flying options and locations. When I first started this hobby many years ago with my children this was our bonding time as I suspect it is with many other parents. From my own personal expieriences with model flying with groups the proposed regulations are unnecessary and would not serve the hobby.”
