“I mostly fly micro quads (sub 250g) on private property for recreation and relaxation. These new rules would all but kill my ability to do that, I do not fly at a club as I do not have one close to me that allows multi-rotors and my home time is very limited. I love building and flying my own models please do not think that these new rules will save anything. We as hobbyist are not the issue it is the uninformed consumer buying a gps drone at Best Buy then trying to fly it to the Statue of Liberty without any regard for the rules or even common sense.”
