“Exclude hobby pilots from new regulations. Increase weight limit so small UAVs are excluded. New regulations should target commercial UAVs. I fly FPV quads at a local part when there are no people around. There is plenty of open space to ensure safety is not an issue. Requirements to constantly monitor flight location and pilot is an invasion of privacy. Flying FPV is extremely fun. Building quads is very enjoyable and having a wide selection of parts is important to making and improving the hobby. The experience of flying FPV is like nothing else. Regulating this will ruin the hobby.”
