“I am from the UK and we as a modelling community have let the establishment remove our right to fly from our local flying fields and elsewhere all based upon an alleged drone incident at Gatwick airport in 2018 and subsequently produced no evidence at the all party select hearing that there was there was ever a drone. The modelling community in the UK are well aware that the airspace that we have been safely using without incident for over 80 years is now required as a revenue stream from the likes of Amazon, etc, In the process of selling the airspace to these large companies the aviation authorities can also make money from hobbyists who pose no national threat whatsoever.”
