“My dad took me flying, I took my son flying, and Now my first grandchild is of age to learn. And it sounds like it wont be an option to build an aircraft on the kitchen table and go out to see it fly. Its very sad. It seems like these regs and many others are designed to keep people apart rather than bring people and ideas together.”
