“Freedom to be in the sky. Aviation is in my blood. I’m a FAA licensed A&P mechanic. I love building almost as much as flying. With the proposed rules my hobby would be taken from me. No longer could I build a plane, take it to my local park directly behind my house and fly it. Where is the saftey analysis for justification of these changes?”
