“Building and flying small high performance FPV aircraft has my hobby and singular recreational activity for nearly 4 years now. My spare time outside of work is focused in and around these small drones. My children have grown from infants to 5 and 7 watching me do this hobby. The requirements of such a relatively highly technical, network based and potentially expensive technologies for tracking each-and-every small model aircraft seems excessive. I purchase small parts, build drones from scratch and fly/test them locally in safe and unpopulated spots nearby. I fly ALWAYS at low altitudes (< 200ft) and within line of sight.. These regulations would likely put an and to this passion of mine.”
