“I’ve loved aircraft since I was a child. I was a member of the Civil Air Patrol, and have always be interested in aviation in addition to technology and science. The model aircraft hobby has given me a way to combine my interests and not only enjoy them, but to make a business out of them. Now, I have a business selling model aircraft and FPV equipment. I’ve seen first hand how this has brought more youth into aviation. Also, we’ve helped supply various US Government contractors with components and aircraft for testing. If these regulations go through, not only will be no longer be able to operate the business, but we’ll lose the ability to supply these components to US Government contractors, and will most certainly lose the ability to bring youth into aviation through the hobby and STEM activities.”
