“I enjoy flying float planes off of our community dock. I have the approval of my HOA and follow FAA and AMA safety guidelines. It is a great form of relaxation and already an expensive hobby. Undue financial and complexity burdens would be unjust and affect our education and economy in an adverse manner. Yes, some regulations are necessary, but those that don’t follow the rules now, won’t follow any cumbersome regulations in the future”
