“I have been flying model airplanes for over 60 years. I own more than 100 model airplanes weighing less than 5 lb. Model aviation has been a great recreational activity and educational experience for me. The Remote ID NRPM seems to be out of touch with reality. Internet connection is limited or non-existent in many areas where I fly. There is NO flight activity of any kind at the locations where I fly. Traditional Model Airplanes should be protected and exempt from Remote ID requirements that are designed to eliminate all recreational flying.”
