“it isn’t pilots like myself and ones that will fill out this information that are the problem. The problem comes from pilots that have absolutely not idea that the FAA is even evolved with RC. My nieces boyfriend herd I was into RC aircraft. He brought his new quad-copter to my house, not a quarter mile from a busy rural airport. He launched the aircraft, then called me out to check it out. I made him land the aircraft then set into educating him on air traffic in the area, current high restrictions, and regulations. To him it was just a cool toy.”
