“I have been designing, building and flying my own craft for 4 years. These rules leave no room for me to keep doing what I have been doing because there is no airfield near me and there will be no place for me to fly my creations legally. The new rules would be much more bearable if: a) crafts under a certain weight were exempt. b) flying to a certain height within private property was legal. c) legality of flying in parks, schools and other public property was left to local authorities.”
