“I fly line of sight and follow ama guidelines. This means when at a park I do fly over people and land while manned aircraft is in the vicinity of where I am flying until the clear. I never reach 400 ft and do not fly with any camera equipment. I can see concern over remotely flown aircraft with no way to know who is the pilot. I fly with FAA and ama numbers on my aircraft as well is my phone number in case I lose aircraft. To date I have been flying for over ten years and have not lost an aircraft. Education will solve these concerns more than regulation. The genie is out of the bottle with all the fpv aircraft available. Responsible pilots are not the issue. The ones causing concern will not be controlled by the law in my opinion.”
